everyone's moments are so encouraging and uplifting to me, i just keep smiling at every one i read!! one of mine is noticing that i can bend over to tie my shoes now without it killing me!! lol also noticing some muscles forming in my arms and legs..and feeling my pelvic bone again!!

THAT IS WONDERFUL!!! BIG CONGRATS TO YOU!! I wish i could run but even as a kid when i tried getting into various races, my side would always start hurting me really bad and I'd have to finish up walking. :(

well, im no expert all all, but i always put in what my machine says instead of what MFP lists. i feel like its more accurate for me, otherwise i would be losing more weight than i have. i wish i was burning as much as MFP listed!!
