I have the Fitbit one and love it, attach it to my bra and off I go, I to have it on a leash and when I wear it I face it on the inside of the bra so if by chance it should fall out of its case it stays in the bra, (this has not happen to me). I like seeing the numbers, had the Flex and returned for the One.

I always thought of jogging/running and it looks good in my mind, so I decided one day while I was walking on the treadmill at the gym I would up the speed and my little legs would have to pick up pace or fall, I really like it. Have only started this past week so things are slow moving....I walk then I go to a slow jog…

I know how you feel, been there myself even now I still do that.....the reason for me is if I don't weigh the food I can't estimate I am always wrong with that.....as for my exercise I do use a HRM and my fitbit....if the scale is not moving, but the inches are going that is good some people lose inches before the scale…

I am currently doing WW and using this site, I have done WW in the past and with no luck, this time around I am more determined to lose so yes I will send you a request and anyone who replies to this site can request me as well it will be nice to have friends working the same system.....

I personally would not drink it at every meal, limit the intake and maybe you would be better off eating the fruit sometimes.....example is if you drink fresh orange juice then try to eat a orange it is lower in calories and has a little more substance. Wish you luck

Not sure what the name will be, however my guess as to gender: a Girl, and she truly will be Daddy's Little Girl...... I have the Polar FT4 and it is pretty accurate to me! I don't mine that I need to manually enter the data, didn't cost much and I only use it for certain exercise most of the time I use my FitBit. Good luck to you and your search!

WW doesn't tell you what to eat, yes they do recommend how much diary one should have, but that is normal just like a Doctor would tell you how many Calories you should eat and how much exercise to do a day and where your Heart Rate should be. any exercise is good just as everyone else has said: slow and steady change a little at a time......I started with the food then moved to exercise doing two days a week now moving to three.....good luck to you and friend me if you would like.....

I love her DVD's, I use to do them all the time and the weight was coming off, then I would stop. That was my own stupidity I would be so thin now if I kept it up.....I have the Walk Away The Pounds for Abs and yes after about 3 weeks I could see the Abs going down.....she is worth the effort....I love the strength…
