I was told by the staff at the gym where I attend is to always put the treadmill on Random setting and let it adjust on its own. This is what I do and it seems to work out fine, if I find it to difficult then I turn it back myself....

Fitbit is it for me......I had the Flex loved it, stayed on my arm well it just had some miner issues like anything new so now I am getting the FB1 which for me it will be better so I can check the amount I have burned and walked......

It could be correct depending on how much you are putting into the class, when I did it and had my HRM on it would show any where from 300 to 500 depending on my effort!

Disney is GREAT!!! love it we are going again in November. As for dropping the weight Jillian is good, Zumba is the best I think anyway, please don't focus on the scale to much you could lose inches and the scale not move. Just eat healthy and do at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. Enjoy your self in Disney.....

Yes you can look slimmer and still gain, this happen to me and I just continued to exercise and watch what I eat, next week you will see a difference just stick with it..............I have gained some back due to family issues and now I am working on losing again.....keep up the good work...........

Hi! I to am new to this and the park I go to has it marked out, but I have my Pedometer that I wear which will count distance, calorie burn and time...........I have a HRM and didn't think about wearing that.....thanks for the thought. If you are looking for a Pedometer I purchased a Orman love it.
