Maybe I am in the minority but I eat low carb and follow CICO. I am not ultra low carb I try to stay between 60-70 and not over 50 net carb. I am in with the people that say eggs over cookie crisps. Yes cookie crisps taste good but it doesn't give you what you need to make it to lunch. Eggs fill you up and it lasts longer and will help your body perform better. I can't believe people can honestly believe cookie crisps or fruit loops are just as good a breakfast…

My wife made oreo cupcakes that had oreos stuffed in the middle for a family that is going through a hard time. Oreos are my absolute weakness. She said I could have one. I have been there plus worked full time. I promise if you take an hour to yourself to work out. Your home work study time will be more productive. I have had that brain fog of studying or writing a paper all day. stopping and going to the gym cleared it so I was then able to work harder.

Nope. In my experience high fat foods keep my fuller longer which makes me eat less making it easier to stay under my calories. I also have more energy to exercise so it is causing me to loose weight easier. Again in my experience higher sugar foods (even sugar substitutes) cause me to be hungrier, crave more, and harder…

I have my MBA and plenty of finance and accounting courses. Definitely not needed for running your own business. I have friends in the accounting and finance industry and they says they have programs that do all the work for them. We have a family run business and use an accountant to do the taxes.
