  • It's everywhere!!! To eat less corn you have to not eat the things corn is put into in the form of fillers and corn syrup and beef from corn fed cows. We're overdosing on corn. It's in things like toothpaste and in the coating on fruits and vegetables and in bread and on and on and on.
  • I don't lose weight with regular diet and exercise. I don't think corn is meant to be a major part of our diet, yet it is and we don't know it. I just began not eating corn fed meat and corn fillers and HFCS. I will post my findings in a week.
