  • My trainer approves of High Protein bars. My favorite are Oh Yeah! bars. They have 190 calories and 15 grams of protein. That is a lot of protein which you need when exercising. I lost 25 lbs in 90 days eating one EVERY day.:wink:
  • Jimmy Dean D-Lights have been a life saver when you are pressed for time. The turkey sausage, egg white, cheese, muffin has 260 calories or you can do the canadian bacon, egg white, cheese, muffin for 230 calories.
  • Make sure you are not eating too many carbs. Try increasing protein and see if it helps. I can't eat too many Weight Watcher meals. The carbs turn to sugar.
