Weekdays it's a mixture of cereal + milk, a berry smoothie, vegemite on toast, oats in winter, coffee , or a five:am yogurt smoothy if I'm running late. A nice fruit salad with some yogurt for dipping is a favourite of mine in the summer. At the moment I'm into jelly (low cal), a small fruit cup or a chopped up nectarine/peach/pear, and a dash of cream or yogurt. Total calories come in at around 110. If I have spare calories I add one of those sponge finger biscuits…

I started at 26+, I'd say a 32 possibly. I'm not sure to be honest. I'm still wearing my 'old' clothes, but I recently bought a size 24 blazer and it fits great, I was so surprised!

If you do a search on youtube, there are quite a few videos which feature seated exercises. My favourite is the revelationwell series. Someone else mentioned SparkPeople, they have good videos too.

Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk is available in Coles Supermarkets now, I have been buying it for a couple of months. I much prefer the taste over So Good. You could give it a try?
