I have a "THE STICK" and it is with me at all times. It is wonderful. But - I am in agreement with the others, I am of the opinion your 'dead legs' are in need of a rest. Look at your local Wal-Mart, Ulta, for Dr. Teels epsom salt, they come in many variations and work great for me.

I must have done something incorrectly. My bars did not harden. They are delicious, but messy. I used Chocolate PB instead of peanut butter, but that should not have made that big of a difference. This recipe is a keeper!

I would LOVE to do that. Done the USMC Mud Run in Coulumbia and had a blast. Too bad I"ll be in Atlanta that weekend.

I am ready for lunch now and it's only 10:30! I'm going out for a fat salad, with spinich, and some turkey.

Thanks for this post. I'm 5'6" eating 1200 and not dropping anything. I do an hour of cardio each morning with P90X at lunch and throw in an hour of yoga and a bike ride or two a week. I haven't lost anything, but I haven't gained either.

Chocolate PB2 is my favorite. Go to bellplantation website, they have recipes. In adittion to adding it to protein shakes, I mix a wee bit with WWflour and 2% sharp cheese, sprinke this on top of pineapples and bake it for about 20 minutes....YUM, my daughter loves it! I like to dip a sliced apple in it for a quick snack…
