  • I'm new here too and happy to see someone closer to my age! I'm taking a 'Lifestyle Change' class through my medical group & all the returning members of the class swear that My Fitness Pal is awesome and a key to their success! One person likened it to a game (that he plans on winning!!!).
  • Okay! I just officially started this week and won't do my first weigh in until Thursday. I'm planning on eliminating my addiction to junk food and increasing my cardio and water intake. It's a start. I don't expect perfection the first week, but I'm hoping to lose a pound or two to give me a kick start!
