Everyone is going to say open your diary so we can see what you are eating. Make sure you get your water in. You can try adding more protein (MFP has low recommendations for this). Add more exercise is your key if you can. Good Luck!~

I started March 5th. Since then I have with the help of MFP & all my wonderful friends who have motivated & inspired me to loose 45 lbs in just over 3 months. I am 1/2 way to my goal weight.

I find MFP over estimates most of their activities. I have a PolarFT4 & LOVE IT! Soft strap. Accurate. Very nice to have. It keeps me moving to burn lots of calories.

Protein Shake here - I hate breakfast so if I can drink it I do it. 1 yogurt cup - 35 cal. 1/2 cup frozen fruit (depending on the day) 1 cup water 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder.

Remember it's not always WHAT you eat - it's how much you eat. I know your diary is pretty clean. I would measure!!!! Measure your body b'c it could be muscle you are building. I have found that the weeks the scale doesn't move I loose major inches.

My Dairy is open too! If you want the add feel free. I eat 1300 calories give or take 100-200 depending on my exercise.

I agree if your not going over your calorie intake allowed then NO you wont gain weight. If you are worried you could use a lower fat milk or almond milk instead of full fat milk. I have 3 protein shakes a day 1 with berries & water 1 with water & OJ 1 with Almond Milk And in 54 days I lost 31 lbs.

I get up at 530am & do my workout while the kids are sleeping & just after DH leaves for work. I refuse to exercise with DH home & if I do it with the kids up you can put another 30 mins on my 90 min work out! I hate being watched too.

This really helps me! Thank you so much! I do like the 40-40-20 split. It seems to make sense to me. And I don't workout on the weekends those are my lax days. I worry day to day but i like your idea of watching day to day but worrying week to week.

I do not have a HRM. I should look into one. The ones I have seen are pretty expensive. But I do measure almost every meal I eat to ensure accuracy when I put it in my food journal as well reading labels.

I think the only way to track this would be to measure. Which I haven't been & probably should be. I do notice a change in my clothes & slimming -- the scales is just hating me this week.
