I have a 3.5 year old and yes it's hard. I also work 32 hrs/wk at a job where I'm awake for the day at 4am. I struggle with exhaustion on a daily basis but I almost always get my workout in!

When I left the hospital after having my daughter, I was at over 180 lbs (in 2008). It's been a slow process for me (especially these last 10 lbs) but I'm at 138 now!

Also, an important thing to note is that your body burns more calories AFTER a weight lifting session than it does, say, after a cardio session! :) PLUS, the more muscle you have on your body, the more calories you burn when your body is at rest (i.e., when you're lounging on the couch!). SAME HERE! I have more pimples now, at 24, than I ever did during my teens. I just blame it on all the sweat I've been doing. I've started using Proactiv and when I am diligent with it, it helps.
