Thanks---I appreciate it since I don't have a Twitter account. I am doing the kickstart program and so I did 2 workouts today and I burned 414 calories. If I ate 1700 calories---and I burned 414 calories that's 1286 calories. So if I didn't eat my exercise calories back I still think that would be quite low for me...

Can't you just go to the goals section on MFP and change your current weight TO your goal weight? Then set it to 'sedentary' and 'maintain'? Then eat what MFP sets it at? Then if you workout you would eat back exercise calories? Or will it not work that way because of my current BMR---because it would be different for my…

I did Ripped in 30 level 1 today and according to my Polar FT60 HRM I burned 231 calories. That should be accurate with a HRM but I haven't seen any replies here that have burned that much on level 1:huh: .....Maybe it is because I varied my weights between 3, 5, and 8 lb dumbbells....
