I am also 5'1 and I am aiming to get to 118---heck even 120. I am currently sticking around 124ish pounds. The last few pounds just doesn't want to come off. It is frustrating:grumble: ...

So, am I understanding this correctly? If you go by the Harris Benedict Formula then you DON'T eat back your exercise calories? So confusing...

I know I am trying to figure mine out too. MFP calculates my BMR to 1218. I am 5'1 and 30 years old and want to weigh around 118 lbs and this morning I was 123-124 lbs. Is this correct----that the lower your BMR mean that it will take longer to lose because you are fairly fit already?

I was wondering the same thing about white rice. I never see a lot of Japanese or Chinese people who are "huge" or "large"...and white rice is served at almost every meal they eat:huh: .

In like 60 minutes I burned 400 calories---according to my HRM while using a Leslie Sansone dvd. BUT since walking for me isn't very strenuous or makes me sweat---should I still eat ALL of my exercise calories back from it? Or should I eat half back?

I bought ChaLean Extreme off ebay for cheap. Definitely If you are looking to lose inches and lean out---it's working for me. It's like p90x but the workouts are shorter---which is a bonus since you are a mom like me. I am actually starting round 2 now since I loved it and got such awesome results.

If I stall I think I might try that...sounds good!

LOVE Jillian Micheals Banish Fat Boost Metabolism for cardio. It is intense and burns a lot of calories. It is 55 minutes--but it has 7 circuits that are each 6 minutes (+ warm up and cool down) so you can customize the time if you are short on time. It actually took me awhile to be able to do the whole thing at once…

I wish I had taken measurements/pictures before I started, but I didn't:sad: . However, I went down a whole pant size, a shirt size, and my bra size WAS a 36D---now I am in a 34D. Definitely happy with those results:bigsmile: .

I just started round 2 of Chalean Extreme on Thursday. I loved it the first time around and I have heavier weights now:bigsmile: .Hopefully I will see more results after round 2 since I have upped my weights...

I have Insanity and it is definitely very tough. Maybe you should try something a little easier until you have worked up to Insanity (you said "this is the most out of shape that you have been"). I would recommend Jillian Michaels Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. It is 42 minutes + warm up and cool down. It has 7 circuits that…

You can make SINGLE serve brownies (120 calories). It's called No Pudge Brownies and they make different flavors. You add 2 TBSP of brownie mix for every TBSP of non-fat vanilla yogurt, stir until smooth and then microwave for 1 minute. They don't carry this at every store so you will have to click on the 'where to buy'…

If you can I would get 2. I would get her Banish Fat Boost Metabolism (all cardio) and No More Trouble Zones (all strength training) and switch them everyday so you can get cardio and weight training into your weekly exercise. They are both 42 minutes + warm up and cool down. They have 7 circuits each (6 min each) and you…
