^^^this...I am 5' 1" as well and I am currently 129-130 lbs. Anyone close to this height range---feel free to "friend" me. I am still somewhat new to "friending." It is nice to have "friends" who are around the same height range as you. I always feel like such a shortie:laugh: .

I second her Banish Fat Boost Metabolism dvd. It took me awhile to be able to get through the whole dvd. If you have time you can do the whole dvd or if you only have a little time you can break it up into sections. It will definitely get your heart rate up and make you sweat.

The real "pushing" factor for me was the fact that I hated my appearance in pictures and how uncomfortable and self conscious I felt around my husband naked. I love Jillian Michaels. Her Banish Fat Boost Metabolism dvd is very tough. I also like her No More Trouble Zones and 30 Day Shred. You can purchase ALL 3 of those dvds on Amazon for like $24. I aslo love, love, love Chalean Extreme. I find her very motivating. I actually look forward to her workouts.
