Welcome Elisa and Gissi! - I personally wouldn't eat less than 1400 - especially while doing JMBR! It's a fantastic program and you will amaze yourselves with how you progress and what you're capable of! Gissi - age des NOT matter.... You very well could surprise yourself! That's one of the great things about JMBR - you get stronger relatively quickly!. If the time comes and you feel like you need an extra week with 3&4 then by all means take it! The workouts do get tougher so it's probably a good idea. But again, I think you'll surprise yourself :smile:
