One more vote for pre planning. Also I recently changed my goal from 2 pounds a week to a less aggressive one, which gave me more to eat. The funny thing is that now I actually lose 2 pounds a week and I'm no longer hungry as opposed to before when I was starving and the scale was barely moving.

Taco Bell. The only fast food I still crave to the point of insanity. 2 weeks sober though. Probably about time for a treat...

Everyone's on a different journey. Some people's journeys include cheat days. Yours doesn't. Case closed

Hi! We may not be very similar but I log every day and keep in touch with everyone on my friends list if you or anyone else would like to add me.

I don't wanna be that person but on a whim I gave up diet soda and as soon and I did weight started falling off and has continued to steadily for a few weeks. But this was after a bit of a stall and a number of other factors could have played into it. I've stopped weighing myself because losing a pound a day is obviously…

Doing this completely changed my entire outlook on everything ever. Even once a week was frustrating idk how people do it every day and stay on track.

This is some serious bootyliciousness

Trust the process. You don't need the scale to validate your progress. If you find it triggering then all it is doing is holding you back.

Bumping this shiz so it can make love to my taste buds later

482 cals isn't a binge and even if you're that far over you goal you're still probably not even close to TDEE. You said yourself you've been working hard lately. Give yourself a break and de-stress. Take control tomorrow.

Hey I'm 21 and studying game design. I'm hoping to lose about 50 more pounds!

Did the same thing this morning. Was using MFP to procrastinate my workout :P

This is great, thanks for sharing!

I love that when someone says you're too skinny it's not considered rude but as soon as you say someones too fat *kitten* hits the fan. Good for you for having the courage to throw their double standards in their face

Amen. Especially extra crunchy. Mmmmmmmmmm.

Yes please! Some people take themselves too seriously!

Move forward. Literally. I think a walk would make you feel loads better! And don't starve yourself the rest of the day it'll just make things worse. It happened, it's done, start fresh right now! :)

I find that the more weight I lose, the more critical I am of my body. Maybe it's finally seeing myself after years of denial.

I used to have awful pain in my knees when I would certain exercises like squats and lunges. Over time my knee pain has completely gone. Used to just take it easy and modify exercises. I guess maybe the muscles around them got stronger? I would take it easy, heal, but hopefully your healthy lifestyle will catch up like…

People really need to see this. Not even a 10 pound loss but you look like you've lost about 30! Don't listen to the scale it lies. You look amazing!!!!
-
Congratulations! That is great to hear, I'm so happy for you!

I know this isn't what you want to hear but try to understand that 2 weeks is not a long time in the grand scheme of your health. Stick with it and one day that swimsuit will fit how you want it to, but if trying to get in shape just before summer is a pattern for you (I don't know you well enough) then think about getting…

Limit yourself to a certain number of servings of fruit a day. There are plenty of other healthy snacks out there and you can always pre plan for the week and make little zippy bags with healthy stuff! That's what I do and it works great.
