I tried coconut milk and cashew milk thanks to this thread, and I could weep with joy...I am almost completely weaned off the CoffeeMate!

Cardio Party 3 is my favorite, followed by Fat Blaster then Cardio Party 2.

Stuff like that you can add individually under strength training. They count! There won't be a calorie burn noted, but resistance training (which is what those types of exercises are) burns calories differently than cardio.

I have an older Polar model that doesn't take BMR into account, so I usually subtract roughly what I'd be burning at rest for that period of time.

I'm running my first half in April. I did my first run today. I've done a few 5Ks and 8Ks but I don't really train for those. I'll be watching this thread!
