I've not been doing strength training that long, and am currently following the new rules of lifting for women, what I do is I add every individual exercise, reps and weight into the strength bit, this is mainly so I can keep track of how much I am lifting. Zumba fitness 2 for the wii, Tae Bo on youtube or DVD, Dance central on the Xbox, Wii fit, I have a lot of games consoles which helps! Also, I have a small crappy home gym with a rowing machine and weights, and do a lot of walking :)

What's happened has happened, no point beating yourself up about it, everyone does it sometimes! Best advice, go do a big workout, burn lots, eat your normal food and don't stress! :)

Im over 200 and do zumba, tae bo, lots of walks, weights, rowing machine etc, I don't really let my size stop me at all! As someone else said, I find running a bit hard but am working up to it :)

Once a week on a Friday morning, I used to be a weigh every day person but I found it make me overly obsessive, and I would get upset with water weight etc, so once a week works for me!

I don't drink very often but when I do it tends to be a fair bit, usually I'll try and save some calories during the week to use for a night out, then try to stick to vodka, soda water and lime as its only around 60 calories a glass. Its the day after when I'm hungover that's usually more of a problem! :)

Never tried zumba before picking up zumba fitness 2 and I love it, I've had it for months and still use it 3-4 times a week usually :D

I'm unsure about your daily measurements but are you wearing it for just daytime normal use rather than exercise? Because I believe that they aren't very good at picking up an accurate calorie burn unless your heart rate is raised, so I wouldn't think either measurement is very accurate...I could be wrong though :)
