Weigh everything, remember MFP overcalculates calorie burn for exercise, and if it was me personally I'd be eating more than 1100! IMO Minimum of 1200 and at least half of your exercise calories back :)

I weigh myself every morning around the same time, but only log it once, maybe twice a week. I used to do weekly but I actually find I prefer keeping an eye on it daily, just helps me make sure I'm going the right way-ish.

It happens to most people during the weight loss process, just put it behind you and climb back on. Log everything, even if you're eating rubbish, reintroduce exercise and get to it :) don't dwell on the last week, it's gone now so nothing you can do about it :D

I think for the first few weeks the weight would be pretty light so my poor unused muscles could get reacquainted with it but other than that I think I'd be fine. I feel at my weight I'd struggle with a lot of cardio and I'm not even sure I want to be doing that, lifting is more fun!
