Yeah I'm with you, they are rather meh, flavourless lumps of protein, they really need to be with something strong tasting for me, curry, spices etc.

I find generally mfp overestimates my calories burned substantially.. for example, this says for 30 minutes on the elliptical I'd burn over 400 but my hrm says it's only 160, quite a big difference! Moral of the story, get a hrm :)

I would wear makeup at the gym but I sweat too much and it would just run all over my face, but I do wear it normally :)

I'm a mature student, who's partner is also a student and we have 2 kids and honestly the first few weeks back were a nightmare. .eating was all over the place, still is to a certain extent but I do feel I'm beginning to get into a routine now, strict routine is the only thing that helps me!

I just posted pretty much this exact thread, there is a really big difference in my burn too...hundreds! No idea why mfp's estimates are so high! Also, I'm 215 pounds so I'm really confused as to how I'm burning so *"little" in comparison to what I thought I was!

For me there is a pretty big difference, hundreds over a couple of hours comparing MFP and my HRM, wish I'd not been eating as many as my exercise calories back, always tried to leave a little deficit though.

If it was me I would just add it as 30 minutes strength training in the cardio part :)
