Anything with raw eggs in it! They have to be cooked and not runny! Carbonara sauce,. when I realised how that was made, and attempted to make it myself it just gave me the boke! Too much mayonnaise in anything makes me feel a bit ill too. Other than that I can't think of anything too bad!

Great pics, real difference there! On the lifting, as you are a female you will never build a huge amount of muscle, so lift heavy! :D I think someone else suggested it but the new rules of lifting for women is great :)

See I, like you, wasn't in any pain after it, but was extremely out of breath, hot and sweaty...although I got ill and couldn't complete I was considering moving up to level 2 early. Am going to restart today, level 1 again, but if you are finding it really easy I would think moving up early and sticking with 2 for longer…

MFP's original setting for protein is very low, can't remember the percentage but think its around 15%? A lot of people on here, myself included change their amounts to 40 for carbs, and 30 for protein and fat. I always (every single day) went over when it was my original setting so wouldn't worry about it :)

I have around 300-400 for breakfast and lunch, 500 for dinner, 200-300 for pudding, and sometimes a small snack too. :)

I've got a friend who doesn't eat much, have said to them politely and tactfully the first few times that they really need to eat more (sometimes eating less than 500 cals but burning 1500!), but most of the time they still continue to eat little. I've lost 28 and also feel there isn't a huge difference, but let me tell you, you may not see it but there is a huge difference in your pics! You have lost loads around your middle! You may not see it, but its definitely there :D so keep up the good work, you are doing awesome! x

I don't really get bad cramps or anything so just try to keep at it as normal, however if my weigh in is around then I usually haven't lost anything as I tend to retain fluid a little more. On the pill, so sometimes I don't even get periods, which is good :)

I don't know much about the last two, but if it was me, I'd do 30 day shred first, then ripped in 30, from what I've read that seems to be like what a lot of people do, and what I plan on doing once I finish the shred :) Good luck :D

I'm on day 5 of the first level, found it much easier today but the first couple of days were hell! Kept getting dizzy spells! But, it is easier now...its intense!

Yep I get this too, if I do my exercise pretty early, come mid afternoon I'm like a zombie! I actually fell asleep for a while today because I did cardio early today!

I eat most of mine, I personally would struggle to only eat 1200 a day, and this motivates me to exercise, so that I can eat more! I usually have 100 - 200 left over, in case I'm a bit hungry later on, and to compensate for the high calories burned MFP seems to log!
