Only when Im binging! No idea what my calorie intake would be to maintain when I finally get there, but im used to eating about 1500 a day, honestly think I would struggle on a day to day basis to eat that much! But all power to you, Im a little bit jealous! :D

If I am up at 6 before doing a workout I never eat before it, large glass of water at least but personally it makes me feel a bit sick. Also, I take some meds after the workout with my breakfast.

I just got zumba fitness 2 the other day for the wii, it reckons Im about 322 for 30 mins but thats without a HRM or anything so can't be sure how accurate that is. One thing, it definitely gets me sweaty and hot so it must be doing some good! And its fun so its all good :)

At the moment I only exercise inside my own house, all cardio exercises of some description and I always do it bare footed. I hope to start running soon, obviously need to wear shoes for that, but at the moment I find not wearing shoes is good, I almost feel it gives me more grip and control.

It is extremely hard balancing work, children and exercise. I guess you need to look at your routine and see if there is any time in there to fit something in. Maybe going for a walk with the kids? or a dvd workout while they are napping during the day or sleeping at night. Personally, I get up early and do at least 30…

I've only been on 1200 calories for two days, so maybe at some point Im going to suddenly feel starving but ive been fine, mainly because ive been eating lots and lots of steamed vegetables with main meals. It bulks up the whole meal and its really good for you :)

Yes, I struggle with this, if the kids have something different and they have left it, I find it extremely difficult to resist just stuffing it in my mouth and not counting it! To try to counteract it Im not throwing stuff in the bin as soon as someone says they are done with it! I have no willpower sometimes lol!
