  • remember calories in and calories out. If you not going to bed til late and your hungry just make sure your snack is healthy. and drink water that can alwyas help with hunger :)
  • I am def not a mother. But my mom had my youngest sistr via c-section 9 yrs ago and cant get rid of that pooch either. She had me and my other sister naturally and always lost all the weight and went back to her "normal" body.

  • If your worried about fruits and veggies going bad.. buy them frozen. make sure they dont have any sauces or extra stuff that would add calories. Also if your worried about them going bad.. then make sure you eat them :) Then your money is wasted and your eating healthy.

  • it also depends on what your eating. some fruits and veggies have more fiber than others..so it keeps you full for longer. Also try to drink lots of water. it heps curb hunger
