I do the same! too much sugar. I dont eat much fruit and have cut out milk and switched to almond milk. Strawberries and blueberries are the fruits i stick too!

I am in!! I think my drinking is sabotaging my healthy eating and exercising! I have been doing great on both.. but the alcohol is keeping the scale from moving! (at least thats my theory).. I am totally up for seeing if cutting out all alcohol will help! good luck to everyone!!

i know it is possible.. but as far as belly fat.. it has a lot to do with carbs and sugar.. so i am just trying it out this month to see if lowering my carbs makes a difference.. i am just kinda experimenting what food go good with my particular body.

my number one is black beans and brown rice heat the beans from the can the rice is the steamable kind that you pop in the microwave. i usually add salsa and a little bit of cheese.

it has a lot less sugar than normal low fat yogurt. belly fat can be attributed to too much sugar in my case. so when i choose to eat yogurt i choose greek.. and throw a few blueberries in it. so good :)
