I said that trying to adjust to high fats was difficult, and there were also more calories in fat, but I am not having any trouble staying within my calories at all. It's just a head thing.. picking 85/15 over 90/10 or better.

I agree I am short also, (5'3") and 1200 seems like too much. If my body were in starvation mode, you'd think I'd be hungry.. But I'm not. Every "body" is different. There isn't any magic number.

I have mine open to friends only. I am gonna stick to my plan, that's just the way I am. Cause I don't have to be on MFP. I am on here because I have a goal. I also think people would criticize me for eating too few calories. I am still trying to find a balance and I don't want people judging me.

Sir, don't act like you know me please. I cook very well. And I have tried to eat these things since I was a child, and still try to eat them on occasion to "retrain" my taste buds as everyone calls it. So thanks, but no thanks for your "input".

You did great. Just do as much as you can do. If you didn't finish it, you can work your way up. Your body can take more than you realize. Sore muscles are normal. Just be sure to stretch them before and after you work out. Eventually you will be able to do this workout through more than once if you keep it up.
