I'm getting a tummy tuck and my boobs done in a couple of months. For me, my reasoning is two fold. First, I'll admit, I want to look good. I have lost 7 inches off my breasts, While they aren't awful and I could live with it, why not get my former breasts back? I went from a 38D to a 34C size. I'm 31 and have lots of…

If I'm too strict with myself, I will plateau, it's a happy medium.

I'm in, I'm in!!! Can't wait to do it again!

Exactly. She knows deep in her gut, whether she admits it or not.

Here's the thing, he doesn't want you, but he doesn't want anyone else to have you either. So he strings you along, for whatever reasons, his ego, because he can, etc. You said he met her after he knew you, well obviously if he had wanted you, he would have went for it and not gone and married someone else. If he wanted to…

Thank you everyone! I was heavy for a few years before giving birth. I had been in a very bad wreck with an 18 wheeler, which left me in chronic unrelenting pain and couch bound. I think I was 175-180 before losing weight to get pregnant with baby.

My motto is if it fits in my calorie goal, I'll eat it. I usually wait until the end of the day and see what's left and then have a sweet. I ate an ice cream sandwich almost every night this week and still lost 2 lbs. for me, if I feel deprived, I'll quit and binge eat. So treats work for me to be able to maintain this…

Definitely worth the money. I just bought Jillian Michaels' Ripped in 30 and 6 week 6 pack Abs and am going to do them next. Thanks everyone!

I lost inches and am wearing a smaller size. Here are my results: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/384013-30-day-shred-results-with-pictures

It's a Jillian Michaels DVD workout you do at home. You just need weights (it says a mat, but I just use the rug in the living room.) I used 5 lbs weights, but from what I've heard, most people start with 3 lb. weights. http://www.amazon.com/Jillian-Michaels-30-Day-Shred/dp/B00127RAJY

Let me add that when I started this, I had not exercised at all for years. I was having to stop and breathe every 2 or 3 minutes. I thought I was going to die the first 3 days. Out of shape was an understatement for me. I started doing all the easy moves and taking breaks (even though Jillian said don't stop.) As a move…

I definitely see a difference. That's awesome!

I Googled how to find bra size and did mine that way, though not even all of those agreed. I took their suggestions and tried on both and bought the one that fit more comfortable.

I lost all but the last 2 or 3 pounds without exercise. I knew if I tried to start a new eating healthy plan and exercise too, that I'd end up giving up and quitting. I just started exercising a couple of weeks ago. I haven't seen a significant loss with exercise, of weight or inches, so we shall see...

They warned us, but remember? Our kids were NEVER going to act like THAT! I had nothing to worry about because I was an awesome parent and pretty much knew everything there was to know (even though I didn't have a child at that point). I tell people now, don't ever say your children (that you don't yet have) won't do that,…

Definitely more challenging with injury limitations. There are a few things that I was told to never do again after my spine implant. The most important thing with any injury is to listen to your body. You know the difference from pain from making your body do something that it can do, versus the pain of injury. I've had…

I'm all excited about having a support group again! Thanks everyone!

Thanks- I've sent invites to all of you!

Mines open for the same reason. I know if I eat a bag of candy and people will see I consumed way too much, then I won't do it. I don't off off limits foods, but I don't eat more than a serving of the bad stuff. On the alcohol, that is a huge one for weight loss. I didn't drink at all for 4 years, while I was in chronic…
