For those of you 'on the fence,' let me tell you what an awesome challenge this is! I literally ran out of weight to lose by doing the last 2 challenges! I hit goal, lowered goal by 10 lbs and hit that too! I'm very competitive, so this was an awesome motivator for me. I'm not officially in this time because I'm having…

LOL... Isn't funny how something that used to be an issue, we now enjoy? I'm happy to be tall now, because I'm not large. I've really been working on my posture too, standing tall and not being embarrassed to be taller than most of the women and some of the men! :-) I also wear more heels now! Thanks everyone! You can do…

Wow!!! That is an absolutely amazing transformation! You don't even look like the same person. In your before pictures, I would've guessed you to be in your early to mid 40's and now I would guess you in your late 20's. Fabulous!

So true about it being in the head. I look in the mirror and see my stomach fat and every negative area on my body. I feel smaller, but not skinny. I guess it takes the mind a bit to catch up to not being the big. Being tall we are already 'bigger' than most people, then when we are heavy, it justs gets more uncomfortable.

I'm 5'10 was 175 ish in the first picture, 205 9-months pregnant, and 170 in the 3rd one. My original goal was 150 lbs, now I'm 140. The first one here I'm 157 and now I'm 140. I still have a belly and I hate that, but it seems it…

That's great!

LOL.. I just turned 32 yesterday and bought my first pair of miss me jeans today and LOVE them. I only shop juniors, because the rest looks old lady ish. When I was big I shopped in the bigger sizes, but now that I'm not, I'm enjoying being able to wear the fun stuff again. That said, I don't wear shirts that show my…

I'm 5'10" and currently 140 lbs. Goal was 150, then 140 and now I'm thinking maybe 130-135.

I'm starting Jillian Michaels Killer Buns and Thighs tomorrow. I also plan to keep working on my upper body too, not sure exactly what I'll do in that area. Thank you everyone!

I can see a difference, good job! I think it's harder to see when we are looking at our own pictures. I just finished Ripped in 30 on Thursday and posted my before and afters a few minutes ago.

Feel free to add me. I have 8 & 6 year old daughters and a 10 month old son.

Angie, I went through 3 years of conservative therapy trying everything under the sun. This is my signature, of all the treatments I've done, from the spine forum I'm on: 31 years old- 1/06- In wreck with 18 wheeler at 25 years old; 6/06- Head on collision on Interstate, both wrecks other drivers fault. Numerous MRI's, PT,…

I'd love to see this too!

In clothes you can't see mine, but it's there. I work out to Jillian Michaels videos 5 days a week and do extras some days. I have a low body fat %, but it remains. I will be having a tummy yuck later this year. I visited some plastic surgeons and they both said its just loose skin, not fat, that remains. I also need the…

I have 3 kids, the youngest by c-section and he is 10 months old. When I was 2 weeks postpartum with my 2nd child, I was in a bad car wreck and put on strict limitation (wasn't even allowed to carry her.) I went through 4+ years of chronic spine pain and extremely limited activity. I had major spine surgery, then went on…

You look amazing! I can't wait to get my tummy tuck... saving the money up!

I just did the DVD. I figure I know what I should and should not eat, just need to apply it.

I am one of the beloved daughters of the King! Also mommy of 3, almost at goal, and trying to tone up.

Absolutely amazing and inspiring. As a daughter of an alcoholic father (who has been sober 20 years now, but didn't stop until I was 10), you have given your child the best gift ever of a sober, present and healthy father. You should be very proud of yourself and the example you are setting for your family. Congratulations.

Wow, that's a big difference! Great work!

I haven't read all the replies, but wanted to say if you've dramatically decreased caffeine (from drinks or chocolate) you can definitely have withdrawal headaches. I had them for awhile when quitting my Dr Pepper addiction.

I don't think anyone is saying you should eat junk 24/7, just that you don't have to quit it altogether. Yes, we all know it's not good for us; but we also enjoy it. I also think the assumption that just because we eat junk, means we don't eat anything good. I eat candy every day. I also LOVE vegetables & fruits. There…

LOVE this post! Making a lifestyle change isn't about changing everything overnight. It's slow changes, that are maintainable. For me, I eat convenience food that's not that great, but it's better than what I would be eating. I eat candy every.single.day. I will not give up chocolate, not possible. I could give up chips…

My husband has been my number one encourager. He cooks (used to be super unhealthy); but now he cooks healthy for me. Between me not buying the junk I used to and him cooking healthy, he has lost weight. He was maybe 10-20 lbs. overweight before. He's been getting more compliments on his weight loss lately, asking how he…

Wow, amazing! You look like a completely different person! Great job!

I'm 5'9", 31 years old with 3 kids and my original goal was 150, but now 140. I'm currently 142 and thinking maybe 135.
