  • I too love special K, but I realized that the suggested serving size is not filling and yes it can put you over your protein count for the day. Try the oatmeal has lower calories. I now tolerate oatmeal by mixing it with applesauce/ cinnamon applesauce it gives it more flavor and cuts down on the calories.
  • Well I just saw a Dr. Oz report that says that as long as you are under your calories for the day, it doesn't matter. It says that eating later in the day just means that you dont have as much time to burn calories off. I myself eat a small snack. (yogurt, apple) after dinner closer to bed to prevet me from night time…
