I love my fitbit one and it seems fairly accurate. My coworker bought the flex and she is definately not getting the steps that she is taking. My one would have picked up on those steps.

I don't know what you do from home but I also work from home at a desk. I spend a lot of time on the phone for work so I march lightly in place while I am on the phone all day.

I just started on Thursday because I ate way too much over Christmas LOL. I think you will get even better results with P90X3. Most of the people I have talked to have done T25 also including myself. Everyday with P90X3 so far feels like a totally different workout. I even like yoga and I usually get bored with yoga!

The fitbit will increase the amount of calories you can eat in a day the more active you are. You just have to sync it throughout the day so it can update your calories you can consume in MFP. I have the fitbit one and it is a HUGE motivator. I have a desk job and did not realize how sedentary you are. Now I get up and walk around the room while I am on the phone and go for a short walk on lunch break. Love it!!

I have the exact same problem. I bought this program called JNL Fusion. There is a lot of lower body focus in the workouts. It worked! Yes, it is heavy lifting. Each phase changes in how heavy and how many reps you do. You can use either hand weights or resistance bands.

I used body bugg before my bit and I will never go back!!! I love how you can hide it on your bra or pants. And I love setting the step goals. It has made me more active all around and kept me motivated. Also it is free and syncs up with myfitnesspal. What more can a girl ask for :-)

I was at a stall for over a year. I upped my calories majorly and switched to clean eating. I immediately started dropping and am still dropping. I have bought some levi's at Kohl's that are my favorite. They are mid waist instead of low rise. I find that with mid waist I don't have the gap problem I have had my entire life.
