I do similar work with a P.T. two times a week. I don't include it in my exercise and look at it merely as "bonus" calories that are being burned during that time. Helps to create a buffer, is how I look at it. I'd rather track my real burned calories for my cardio workouts, etc....

Just made these and they turned out TERRIFIC!! Thanks, so much, for sharing this recipe. Taking them to a team strategic planning session tomorrow with a little recipe card for each coworker. Many of us are using MFP and have an great health management/incentive program at my company.

Agreed! Simply count it, or work in activity to earn extra calories, everyday. Why "cheat"? Track what you eat, and if you don't have the calories in the "bank" - choose something else.....up to you, and you only!
