I hope it's okay that I joined a day late! I really need motivation to get fit and challenges help me keep on track better than anything I have found so far. Good news is, that I did weigh yesterday. I was at 175. 165, here I come!

Logging mile for Friday and Saturday. Intervals on the treadmill Friday: 2.04 miles Treadmill yesterday: 1.03 miles. Total for June: 40.8/40 barely made it!!

I like oatmeal with some protein powder and fresh fruit. Or I take and Egg nutrigrain low fat waffle, cut in half, a 45 calorie wedge of laughing cow cinnamon cream cream cheese, and fresh fruit and making it into a "sandwich"

I look at it only to determine what kind of day I had. It either motivates me to eat healthier the next day or to keep up making better decisions. I never rely on it to know my weight loss because, let's face it, you aren't going to eat the same exact thing every day or do the same exercise everyday for 5 weeks. And then…

I attempted to start yesterday but my app quit working half way through!! I just finished my third jog and it says "your workout is now complete" and quit. I was so mad!

Updating... Friday I did intervals on the treadmill for 1.86 miles. Today I walked .93 miles on the treadmill. Total so far: 22.12 miles/40 :)

I have my activity level set to count the cleaning and other things that I do day to day. However, if I do extra cleaning or mow the yard or something, I will count it. But I try not to eat more 50% of my exercise calories back is many at all.

Adding yesterdays and todays. Yesterday: treadmill - 2.67 miles elliptical .45 miles Today: elliptical 1.84 miles stationary bike 2.67 miles Making my total so far for June 19.33. Only 20.7 left to go! Almost half way there :)

I walk for 30 minutes at a 10 incline and burn about 220 calories going 3.2 mph according to the treadmill. And I weigh 151.

I forgot to log the other day how many miles I did but I know it was over 3 miles so I just used it. Today, I walked 1.58 miles on the treadmill and 4.64 miles on the stationary bike. So that makes a total of 11.7 miles. 28.3 left to go :)
