Maria, you can start taking pictures whenever you'd like. :) As for where to post, just go ahead and add your photos to a post already started for your weigh-in date or start a new one. If you start a new post list it as "Weigh In Date 00/00/00", of course you'll fill in the 0's with the actual date.

I've heard it mentioned by several people who have HRM that say MFP is a little too giving when it comes to calories burned. Most of the time I base my numbers on the machine or HRM because it knows the speed, intensity, and effort I actually put in versus a general number submitted by another individual.
