My slip today? I had a good breakfast and a good lunch but I was still craving something sweet. I tried to have a couple dark chocolate kisses to try to kill the craving but since I am not a dark chocolate lover, it didn't work. So I had a Snickers bar. And totally demolished all of the 280 calories of it in like a second.…

I did a CSA last year that was meat and veggies. It was great! This year the farm I am using is doing meat and eggs only so I may pick up a veggie share at another farm as well. Its an awesome source for fresh food and (super important to me) humanely treated animals.

Me! I close all the curtains in the off chance a neighbor might look over and see me in my window (that have sheers in them anyway). I don't mind if I am at the gym or whatever, but doing the exercise games and what have you are tough on me.

For me, moderation is the key. I make sure to have fruits and veggies on hand. I get 2 cravings when I am PMSing, I want chocolate and I want some fruity type of candy. If you deny me those, may God have mercy on your soul. This past month, I got a Dove milk chocolate bar and a small bag of Swedish fish. I ate both, but…

Every few hours I take a 5 minute break and walk through my office. I work on the first floor of a three floor office so my route: walk 2x around the first floor, up 2 flights of stairs to the second floor, walk through once, up 2 more flights of stairs to the third floor, walk around once, down all flights, 1 more lap…

Hi There!! I'm just starting (been dabbling here for a couple of weeks) and I need to lose about 60lbs. I am aiming to lose more but I am working with my doctor who said start with 60 and we will see how my health is and how I feel.
