I listen to alot of Rave/House music, I love the fast beats and how long most of the songs are. Makes my workout go that much faster. I go to alot of raves and I dance my tush off, so I get in the same mind frame at the gym.

I didn't add my measurements because I keep forgetting my paper I jotted them down on at home. Gonna add tonight, but I am unable to see what goes where (arms, waist, ect.) I think "Special treat" may have put her name in the title column accidentally, where all that information in displayed.

Thank goodness!...I didn't want to quit this group. I was supposed to start yesterday, but was feeling sick, so I went home early from work to take a nap, and I ended up sleeping till 6am this morning. Over 12 hours!!...But now I feel rested and ready to hit this full throttle!!

I usually try to eat my fruits in the morning, so my body has all day to break it down, and vegetables throughout the day. 1/2 cup of vegetables = 1 serving, Leafy vegetables (salad) 1 cup = 1 serving, 1 fruit = 1 serving. 19-50 yr old should be eating 7-10 servings a day.

If I want to eat something higher in calories and I know will bring me over, I excercise for it. Go for a little run, or even calisthenics at home, that always helps me stay in range. Happy Fitness!

I don't have alot of space...Waaaa!!....Thinking about getting an outdoor shed or something to fit those things in there, just worried about winter. Until then, looks like I'm stuck with the crowded gym :( Thanks for the info.

I just heard one yesterday, a co-worker is on a diet where you eat as much as you can the first day...As bad as you can....Pizza, chocolate, chips, pop..you name it. Then the second day, you eat this powder 6 times daily, and only eat 500 calories a day for the next few weeks!!! And then you will lose 20 pounds in just 4…
