Dashboard on phone VS Dashboard on Comp
So my dashboard on my phone is always in the red and says that I have been over budget all week, but when I log on from a computer, it says I am under my calorie budget all week. According to MFP, I have been over a few days and under a few......Not sure which one I should be listening too? Should I cut more calories out…

New rules of lifting for women/ 5x5 Stronglifts
To Anybody who has tried these........ Are these something that I can do at home? (The only gym in town in crowded, small and usually busy)......And if so...What type of equipment would I need?.....And would it fit into a smaller dwelling?......I appreciate all the help....Thanks

What am I doing wrong?
When I work out and lift weights I really push myself, doing about 3 sets of 20 at a weight heavy enough to feel my muscles shake and barely able to do that last 3 or so. I can't feel it the next day? Am I doing something wrong? (I stretch at night before bed, or in my office during the day)

Feeling Full
I eat healthy snacks all day every hour and a half or so, but I still find myself feeling hungry. What are some food that I can eat that will make me feel fuller for longer periods of time? Help is much appreciated :) :)

Motivation
I just wanted to share......Whenever I feel lazy...Or I don't want to go to the gym....Or I feel like eating something naughty.....I just log onto MFP and read all your success stories. "I can't wait till I look like that!!". Soon I will be sharing my success story and pictures.....Thank you for the motivation everyone!!!

I don't usually eat sugar, but I love my Keurig K-cups of coffee, and need a little sweetness it in. What are your opinions about Stevia?
