I don't think being up an down matters too much don't let the down days be too low though. These additions to your routine may help More fibre for longer lasting energy if your working out more Less processed food like pizza -I love pizza and feel your pain When out drinking stick to spirits and diet coke or tonic water.…

Could he be the exception that proves the rule? I have never heard a BB or PT or Athlete recommend this

Stationary boxing but I have to say you don't need intense cardio to burn calories and see change. So push ups from your knees Sit ups of varying types Lower leg ab raises Yoga - any position not putting pressure on your ankle which will strengthen your core and tone you Tricep tips with weight more on your good leg Good…

It is important to note that BJJ comes from Judo and many of the techniques have been developed from there. In Judo as with Jujutsu opponents are happy to stand and trade focusing on locks and take downs but being on the floor is the last resort where as in BJJ they fight predominantly on the floor. Application of locks…

Ha and this as a girl it sucks a bit :)

I agree with a lot of what aloubere is saying. When you train for a fight the focus needs to be technique and endurance. The power comes with it late. If you keep injuring partners you'll have no one to train with. I've seen so many people with something to prove in class end up snapping a partners ankle or knocking…

Bum and boobs the most. From a non aesthetic point of view the whole thing cos I kick *kitten* with it :P

Depends on your goals, I think with your routine you will need one. starting C25K for the first time will have a big impact on your legs you will get to a point where they hurt. That was my experience anyway. Also body pump will push your muscles quite a bit. If you are tired and you ache take a day off.

you should do all the exercises together because your heart rate is already higher. You don't need a swiss ball for sit ups just take it steady. For the jack knife thing it is tricky I think it does two things - works upper body strength and your core - I'd do push ups with your feet on a high step. Then I would also say…
-
Based on friends that have done this I think you have enough experience. Consider how you would break down instructions for an 8 year old trying a sport for the first time - some 8 year olds can't throw a ball. Then consider that at 15 children will be starting to make life choices and take on a level of enthusiasm towards…
-
For someone who would be horrified to think their children are going through this you seem to have a cr*p attitude towards someone who reached out to you. If you don't wanna add them you could just ignore it. People have eating disorders for lots of reasons. For some people it's the only thing in their life they can…

jump on a tube, go to Brick Lane (the East End) for a curry go to Edgeware Road (Hyde Park and Marble arch join the bottom of this) got to Maroush (they all seem to have this name so give one a try) Bella Italia is a good price with a good menu but probably carb heavy. Have the arabiata. You will also be quite close to…

a) starvation mode is a myth b) it depends on your goals and how little you are eating anyway If you haven't had enough nutrients be honest and eat some veggies or something no one says cos you have 200 cals left you should have a kit kat
-
eat well the night before, drink water you will be fine. Don't eat a lot while training you will be sick. Enjoy it =)

go cold turkey for at least a week. (form the relationship) focus on exercise and you in that time Then start to deal with it with a clearer head and time will reveal all It's going to suck, but it will not last forever, it will pass

Depends on who you target. You'd make more with a generalized plan so people could pick from categories ( diet chef's ordered food works like this) it means you spend less time preparing and could have transparent fees. Athletes or anyone training for a specific goal would benefit from a personalized plan but many of them…
