If you are hungry, eat
It may seem obvious I know. But I have had a day out of my normal routine and I was peckish between meals. In hindsight I think I needed carbs I am drained from a big day yesterday. But I had a yoghurt, another , then snacked. I'm a few hundred cals over today now. I am learning from my mistakes and hope you do too.
