Warm Up!

Just wondering what you all do for a warm up??
Ours is pretty tough going and I like it because then when we have a technique focused session I know I worked hard in the beginning so it's balanced.
Over all I think it makes us fitter too as we do a 60 second a piece training circuit for about 15 mins. Right now we train in a school gym and get to use all their equipment like ropes and ladders. I love it since I never did it at school.
Rope climbing is my current favourite as it's a new challenge and I don't think I will ever love burpees....

We do about 10 minutes of calisthenics and stretching, then we get down to techniques and/or forms.0

we move around the room doing drills, punching on a bag, kicking across a balance beam, rolling on a wedge, jumping over some bags, then we stretch and do forms, then we move on to the main part of class.0

This.
Although now my instructor is making me work through the advanced/intermediate class before we do our class. That is 45 min of basics followed by 30 min of new material.0 -
We spend a good 15 mins warming up (running, lunges etc) and then 10 to 15 mins of stretching before we get started..usually really nice and limber by then.0

Currently we're doing a 10 minute circuit of 45 seconds full effort/15 seconds rest to change stations. This is usually followed by 5 to 10 minutes of dynamic stretching, then on to the main part of class (contact skills, floor drills, forms, sparring, counter-aggression skills, and/or agility training).0
