I've been here since 2nd Jan (doing it properly) I'm down 5lb and 3.5 inches.

I think I will see better results if I change the way I workout.

I want to start lifting at home and work on my waist, back and thighs.

I plan to do a 30 day programme in March and would like to also know if people prefer the shred or ripped in 30?

I work hard, I try to log everything and I am very supportive. So please add me.
