just started a new job which I am not in anymore. Naive to a lot of people around me, not seeing things as they are. I'm starting 2013 stronger on many levels and clearer than 2012. Well done for working through everything I hope next year is better for you x

BJJ is an art in itself. It's just not Japanese and it's a pet peeve of mine when people say it is.

Don't you have a MT school near you that you can ask? Wherever the top fighters train, that's where I'd want to go.

I was told by my PT that as a woman it should be less that 25 and at least 2 hours between meals.

I've been away MIA for a couple of weeks BUT I log my food daily, I log my bad days and workout 3 or more times a week. Happy to have motivated people add me so I can motivate them back!

That's 3/4 of the workout you should have stopped. If you find 1 bit hard jog on the spot. Drop the weight or do it slower. Just don't stop moving. Well done for getting this far 15 mins is not a failure.

Has anyone ever heard of an intervention when the family comes over and says 'we know you eat out 3 times a week and don't have time for exercise. We worry you will be fat and spotty from poor health'' No so why butt in because I obsess about being healthy?!?! **rant totally justified**

I am not sure I understand the question. a Martial art is a physical (and therefore external) act used to prepare for battle. So do you mean a different internal method (psychological or spiritual) way to prepare for battle? I can't say I come across these two being linked in the west when you learn martial arts. What I…

sounds odd to me. Not the type of club I'd want to go to. You have to feel safe and with them not caring about things like wearing socks on a slippery floor and the focus being all over the place, I wouldn't be comfortable. Numbers can go up and down and teaching styles vary but if your guts telling you it's not right then…

amazing job well done

what training? No for martial arts, 30DS or anything in my own home and yes for gym, exercise classes and outside running.

I saw it on the news when I came home from school in the UK. Don't remember much about where I was but remember the footage.

Any level of deception is an abuse of trust in a relationship. There is a constant push pull in relationships and balance need to be worked towards daily. In many relationships physical intimacy becomes a no go for many legitimate reasons so how can you define the whole basis of whether or not a couple stay together on one…

don't give up and go at your own pace if need be. Also you may find when running alone you sprint. this tires you out you need to jog at a slower pace.

Actually I'd like to say I have friends on here in recovery from ED and I know what their goals are so of course I keep them and support them. Anyone else not looking after themselves and it's 'laters taters'

remove them

yes. Ok well depends on your goals etc. Too much protein can be stored as fat too, so balance it in every meal, my PT advised 25g of protein max in any sitting and leave 2 hours between meals. Just so your body can process what it is given. I'm quite sure if you are trying to bulk up then the answer is different.
