Do chair dips, push ups. Lift a can of beans you don't need weights. A big bottle of water is always good. Read about how muscles develop. Lifting weights will not give you big muscles.

swimming is great for this as there is less pressure. Using floats as resistance in the water helps to build up strength.

you aren't doing them right. I used to be exactly the same. Focus on the ceiling, pull your self up by pulling your abs into the floor. Imagine a needle threading through your belly button attaching you to the floor. With a stronger core your neck will hurt less you will stop relying on it. Maybe do some other core work to…

I am in the UK we don't have this *sigh* our Take aways choices are pretty much Pizza Fish and Chips Kebabs Indian Food Chinese Food KFC That's it. In a city I bet it's easier to pick up healthier fast food.
