I agree with you and feel your pain. Carbs are not my friend and I need to moderate them. I don't get annoyed at them eating ice cream and losing weight and I don't expect them to ridicule me for my choices. You stick to works for you

It is when you're a 21 year old guy and she's an 18 (or 16 )year old girl, that's why MFP has an age requirement. But that said are we encouraging children to teach children by not allowing them in. that can't be good

It sounds like a habit to me first and fore most. What will it mean if you just say no outright to your friend? Concentrate on eating the right foods and not having a calorie restrictions. Once you get yur sugar levels balanced you won't crave things as much and can separate the need from desire when you think about food.…

Tough one because we do so much more with our phones. Mine is my mp3 and a stop watch so I need it. Talking in a public area, while in a class and especially mid activity should be prohibited for the comfort of others and h&s. You can have signs saying the use of a camera is prohibited too.

Thanks ladies, the appointment is booked already. I think mine has moved and I've been doing more lower ab work than ever which disagrees with me. I'd like to say its the best decision I ever made I don't want to put thers off but wondered if anyone had a similar experience.

I get this depending on a- what I eat and b- if I do a lot with my core. Do not eat less but try and change what you eat

Ignorance was bliss and now we strive for perfection it is natural to see more flaws despite our hard work. You have to try and remind yourself how far you have come as well as focus on the task of losing weight. You need to do both.

DVD's or zumba DVD or on a games console or weights at home. Wii Fit, EA Sports active. I did all of these in January and Feb and had success right now I do 30 day shred at home between the gym and a fitness class. Just doing what I can when I can

being comfortable to train in only a sports bra under my gi because it is soo hot in the summer and all the guys leave their tops off regardless of size.

I started with a new PT the other week and in my first session he was shocked when I told him my weight, said I don't look it at all it will be because I am muscular. Made my day, I weight heavy and it makes me feel gross. At least people don't see me that way.
