This is kinda why I asked. I don't get the question and wonder if the OP had some specific problems that need addressing?

hot bath, if something is tight like you pulled it then tiger balm. Ibuprofen to ease the pain for a nights restful sleep. But really since you started a hard programme it's just a shock to your body and I am afraid no pain no gain. It wont last enjoy the pain it means you worked hard.

MENTAL! Sorry but the cardio that goes into boxing will help you to lose weight. If you starve yourself and do high cardio it will affect your results and a lot of people are focused on high protein diets and developing muscle for a better body, at the moment it seems to be a trend. I do actually agree with the principles…

I don'k we have much room in the west to criticise the way the teaching of Martial Arts has changed. Our syllabus is made up in a way that is commercial to western society and does not reflect the traditional ways the martial arts were taught. Even in Japan today for Judo and Jujutsu they will focus on one throw and…

From experience of training with people who lift or take supplements with the sole purpose of getting bigger (maybe stronger too but I couldn't say) they did struggle with the agility and flexibility. In martial arts if your technique is poor you will suffer in competition. Lifting weights for strength and toning - I don't…

This is such a nasty and graphic topic title! However you clearly need energy, maybe more than some at this time so go for high energy foods, good carbs, fibre and slow release energy foods.

You've set a new standard. Try not to be hard on ourself. Once you open that can of worms it's hard not to be critical and always think you can do better or there's more to be achieved. But I'd rather be on that path than the ignorant one.

You are close to your goal weight, you might need to look at your goals. Your focus is all wrong and you sound exhausted. Measure yourself to monitor inch loss Check your fat % Check your muscle % Review your diet. Read some nutrition books on the importance of changing your diet plan every so often and the need for…

First you need to admit it is you doing it and you do have control over it. Something overrides your decision to eat well. Conquering that will change your habits. I am exactly the same I had two weeks like this which has only just ended. I am glad I kept up the exercise which balanced it out. I just didn't care and didn't…

nothing beats eating right. I would not rely on supplements

read some nutrition books and try and find what is right for you but here are some things you could change from one quick glance: - make sure you eat enough everyday - eat protein to repair your body if you exercise a lot a sick body takes energy from muscle you will not shift fat - DO NOT let the first thing you eat be…
