There are no shortcuts! I'm glad you physician didn't cave in to your request. Start an indoor exercise regimen. Get some elastic bands and start an eating program that emphasizes adequate protein intake and track everything you eat. If you do, you will be surprised at the progress you make.

My standard reply o questions like this is: are you measuring EVERYTHING that goes past your lips? A common error is to to not count the little tastes during food prep or to be estimating the portions. If you are not experiencing the weight loss you expect, make sure you are actually tracking your eating.

Well, a common mistake. There are two kinds of ounces: a volume measurement, as on your measuring cups and a weight measure which you get from the scale. Non liquids wil be measured in weight almost always.

This has been discussed multiple times. These foods have significant nutrients and the fruits usually have substantial caloric value and sugar. This site expects that you lob everything.

The source of the calorie info should tell you whether it is cooked or raw measurement as well. If not noted, it is likely raw.

I generally don't record my exercise. I use my HRM and get a calorie burn and adjust my intake, but I don't bother to record it here. It is uploaded to the polar site for my review so I don't see that it adds anything to type it in here......

Look, there is no exercise or diet that will selectively remove belly fat! Your body will remove fat from various compartments in it's own way. You will need to keep working! Good luck and keep at it!

Absolutely hogwash! There is no absolute need for carbohydrates at all! There are populations whose natural diet had essentially no carbohydrate at all! And there is no evidence that dietary protein causes any difficulty for people that have normal kidney and liver function.

Well, if ittable been stable for 2.5 years, I don't think losing more weight will help. May need to have a skin reduction /tuck surgery to improve the appearance.....

How can you loose 6. Inches from your waist and still have your clothes fit??? Sonehing id wrong with your measurements or your clothes must be sort if elastic.
