My favorite would have to be combining Christmas and Hanukkah dinner into one. Since I'm Jewish on my Mom's side and my Dad's family is Jewish and Methodist, we usually mix our normal Christmas dinner with Jewish foods like kugel and other things. :)

It's underweight in terms of BMI but I personally consider 100 pounds for a 5'2'' frame to be healthy.

I can definitely tell that I lost fat in my stomach region; it's getting quite flat. I've also been losing weight in my hips and thighs since I've always had a small upper body. As weird as it sounds, I can tell my fingers and toes are a lot skinnier.

I'm 5'9'', and my healthy weight range is 125.3-169.3 lbs. I'm currently 143, and my ultimate goal is 121.

The idea of Nibiru isn't supported by any scientific evidence and has been rejected by astronomers, so I don't believe it.

I've lived in South Jersey my entire life :)

That's amazing! It's shocking how much smoking can impact your body, and how different you can feel after quitting. The reason you gained weight is because of your oral fixation. Since you took the cigarette away, you used food instead. Same thing happened with my Dad. It gets less prominent over time. Congratulations :)

I really like my collarbone and for some reason, I like my fingers a lot.

I workout to lose weight, tbh. I don't find much joy in most workouts unless I'm dancing or running. Although I do love yoga, I don't really consider it exercise.
-
Amazing job! You look so different and more youthful too!

I celebrate Hanukkah and Christmas, so we make a lot. For Hanukkah we make latkes and jelly donuts, plus kugel and some other things. For Christmas it's mostly desserts. My Mom makes so many kinds of cookies and homemade spice cake, gingerbread loafs, brownies etc. I'm just happy she hasn't started making anything yet.

I'm 5'9'' and currently at 143. My goal weight is 137. :)

I'm 5'9'' and 144 pounds. I'm hourglass shaped and I used a frame/build calculator and it said I had a small frame. I would recommend using the calculator, although I'm not sure how entirely accurate it is.

What is the Olivia Method? I hear people talking about it but I'm not sure exactly what it is.

I agree with her. Us anorexics and bulimics on here are not trying to advocate or force others to eat the amount we do. All she did, was answer the question that was asked. Yes, anorexics and bulimics can get help. But I don't think people understand how challenging it is to have this disorder. Having this disorder has…

I have ednos, and I have the same problem as you- I have no idea how to eat. What I recommend is seeing a psychologist and nutritionist. I'm seeing both and we are working together to increase my calories and they are teaching me how to eat.

^ That.

At my largest, I was wearing size 11 in pants and L in shirts. Now I'm 5 or 7 in pants and S in shirts. :)

I don't understand why people have to hate on others or act rude towards them just because they lost more weight than them, or can eat less calories, etc. We should all celebrate everyone's successes and be proud that they are closer to their goal. People sometimes get hostile towards me because of the low amount of…

Welcome! You're off to a great start :)

I can't fake it, sorry.

I've only seen the psychologist once, so my thinking process hasn't changed at all. I was being truthful on my profile and if I changed it I would feel like I was lying to myself.
-
I understand this. I'm working with a psychologist and nutritionist to get better, but that is how much I am currently eating.
-
The reason I eat so little is because of my ednos.
-
It depends on the day for me. I usually eat between 600-900 calories. Today, I ate more food than usual and ate 1180.

I was never obese, since my teen years I've always been a normal weight for my height. I can't help how I live my life though. but I have experienced all these symptoms, except the hair on my skin and the sex drive thing.
-
ah, it's fine. Thank you for the support though :)
-
I am trying to, it's hard to recover and the process isn't very quick for me.
-
No, I'm not. I have ednos and am meeting with psychologists and nutritionists to help me recover. I was just wondering what you thought.
