I have ednos, I can't help it. But I do agree that having muscle mass is better than just being fat.

When would you consider that point to be when your body starts breaking down? Just wondering.

I feel like starvation mode is a myth. Why do anorexics, eating so little calories a day, still lose weight? I eat, on average, 750-800 a day, and my weight loss hasn't stopped.

I sometimes eat them raw and plain, or cooked with a bit of sea salt and a bunch of spices.

I've used it a couple of times, and it works really well, especially for my sensitive skin. It makes your skin look naturally clear and luminous. :)

I love the taste of cinnamon, but if I smell it, it makes me feel too sick because of this story my grandfather told me. Ugh, cinnamon disgusts me.

I love Greek yogurt. My favorite brand is one called siggi's. Their yogurt seems to be less sour than others and they have great things mixed in, like orange and ginger. I'd definitely try it. I also love Fage's yogurt with cherry but their yogurt is a bit sour.

I'm pretty sure it's because of hormones. During your TOM, serotonin levels dip and that's why you become cranky and depressed. Candy and chocolate has quick carbs which can increase your mood a bit. Don't worry, it's only once a month. Don't try to go overboard.

I agree with PennyLane1114, I love Crystal Light. The best flavors are the pink lemonade, iced tea with lemon, raspberry lemonade, and strawberry kiwi. I'm also a really big white tea drinker, you should try it. As for juice, stick to only 8 oz and get a kind with no added sugar.

I love Trader Joe's. I love their super nutty toffee cereal, fig bars, granola, and they have really delicious frozen foods, plus hummus. Their dark chocolate is divine too. My favorite item from them though is their no salt added creamy peanut butter, definitely the best peanut butter I've ever tasted. :)

I have been diagnosed ednos (eating disorder not officially specified) because I don't meet all the qualifications for full-blown anorexia, and I suffer from depression and anxiety. Almost everyday is a challenge but I try to get through. I hope you feel better though. :)

Doing 40 jumping jacks, then 30 crunches, then 20 squats, and then 10 pushups burns 100 calories and literally takes 2-3 minutes. If you did it 5 times a day you would burn more calories than most workouts :)

I make a fantastic kugel, and oh my god, it's delicious. I try to have only a small slice but it's so amazing.

1. I want to change the world for the better somehow. I want to contribute to making this Earth a better place. 2. I want to travel the world and just find myself, find out who I really am. 3. Beat my personal problems. 4. Become fully fluent in French and Russian. 5. I'd love to learn how to ski.

I love doing yoga. I have this DVD, I can't remember the exact name, but I'm pretty sure it's called Yoga for Beginners. It's by starz entertainment and on the front is a woman with a beach background. It's 51 minutes long but it's absolutely amazing.

Drinks ton of water and unsweetened green tea. Also fill up on veggies and fruit. Try yoga too.

I seriously hate people like that. She needs to understand you're trying to help her, not hurt her. She may feel a little insecure since you're so fit but that doesn't give her an excuse to be blatantly rude. I'd drop her even though you have mutual friends. I've been in this situation before and even though you both have…

I used to be a huge emotional eater when I was younger. To break that habit, I would make myself eat something healthy instead of the thing I really craved, which usually was chocolate, cookies, etc. If you keep on making good choices you will see that it almost becomes a habit and your need for unhealthy food will go…

P90X is a pretty powerful workout that will definitely make you stronger. The reason you're not feeling the workout that much is because you're already pretty strong. Pick a new workout, or maybe do more reps or use heavier weights?

That's amazing! Very inspiring.

You need to change your mindset. You're not just doing some quick diet to lose weight, you're changing your entire outlook on eating. Eating healthy can suck sometimes but in the long run it gives you incredible benefits versus if you fed your body horrible food. Suck it up.

that's amazing! great job :)

The serving size for grapes would be half of a cup, which is 15 grapes and is about 50 calories. :)

Every diabetic is different. A food that may make one feel fine, can send the other's blood sugar through the roof. It's hard to say since I'm not a doctor, but a combination of low-fat protein + carbs is a great combination, such as a grilled chicken breast with a slice of whole wheat bread, or peanut butter with an…

I'm running around my neighborhood for about an hour tomorrow morning, and Friday morning too. I really want to try to be healthy this Thanksgiving.

MFP is great, I'm happy you joined. Welcome! :)

That's fantastic! Great job :)

I make kugel for Thanksgiving, and oh my god it is too delicious. I also really love stuffing that has dried cranberries and apples in it :)
