Had a dream last night that i was chasing down a young boy with a basket of bread. He was running away from me, i finally caught him and got the bread and scarfed several pieces of fresh french bread. It was awesome! I guess i miss the fresh bread! :)

I do a combo half brown rice and half quinoa in low sodium chicken broth. Be sure and rinse it first. I make a batch on Sunday and utilize it during the week for lots of things. Like adding a scrambled egg to it for an easy quick breakfast .
