  • I got Hot Apple Cider K-cups (sugar free), the regular ones only have 80 calories. I will put 2 TBSPs of the apple cider vinegar with the mother at the bottom of my mug before brewing. It is wonderful and tastes great.
  • I also call bull****. I am a big girl 265lbs. I work out 2 hours of Kickboxing (intense), 6-9 miles on the Elliptical and 90-145mins of weightlifting (moderate) a week...since February.   • Calories are currently set at 1330 as a goal without exercise. I have played around with that trying to find the "sweet spot." Anything over 1800, I seem to gain.
  • Ok, about 100+ oz of water a day, Cola Zero (soda stream) is a 2-3 x a WEEK treat. I live on water, coffee and tea.
  • I did start a kickboxing class today for Tues/Thurs. If I don't go to the gym. I try and do an Insanity DVD.

  • Try to cut it out until the weekend? Or, go with mixed drinks where you can use diet soda/tonic/etc. Beer and fruity drinks have a lot of sugar and/or carbs. It is hard.
