People standing in MY office having a full blown conversation about nothing having to do with work while im trying to work!!!! One of these times im going to SNAP! There is a hallway 5 feet away and a conference room down that hall, go have your freaking pow wow down there! Drives me bat crazy banananananas!

I had foot cramps forEVER, if i wore heels to work and then wore sneakers or uggs that night, guaranteed foot cramps. it became a pretty big issue when I wanted to work out, to the point where i bought black sneakers that I could wear to work and then to the gym just so I didnt have to switch shoes. Im joining this thread a little late, sorry! but yesterday I did level 1 day 10 and then decided (a little crazily) to do level 2 day 1. i didnt think I would get through it but shockingly i did. I was there for 2 days and am dying to go back!!!! I would suggest Navy Pier for sure. Dont let anyone make you feel bad about your post, you are doing an amazing job and should be SO proud of yourself. I myself go to a gym (not PF) that has $10 and $20 a month membership, and they have everything I need!! well they have everything anyone would need in my opinion. This is so motivating!! I was going to be on level 1 day 5 tonight but my DVD player went all haywire and wouldn't play.... Better work tomorrow is all I can say!!! I hope my results are even a little bit close to how good yours were!!! Great job!!!

I started Friday! Today will be Level 1 Day 5. I feel great after it, but im starting to get bored with it and will be happy when i can move onto Level 2 and 3. I think it is a really awesome workout though, never thought I would be dripping with sweat after just 20 minutes of a workout DVD!

5'6" started out at 169 in november, currently 141, where I have been stuck for what seems forever! but im hoping to get into the 130s and then maintain/lose a little more :)
