When you exercise are you breaking a sweat? Try and get your heart rate up and keep it up. I see alot of people at our gym just walking or riding the bike not even breaking a sweat, what are they doing?

Keep working at losing weight. It will go from your arms. Do some arm work to help tone but you dont need to lift heavy just work them.

On the arobics, go faster With the weights concentrate on the muscles being worked, focus, work till you can do no more, then do some more. Good luck :happy:

Try to eat something every 2.5 - 3 hours during the day.

If it is muscles it is ok. If its joints its not. Give it a few days and run again.

I agree, that this is better then alot of other things you could eat. BUT, (I know there is always a but) they have chemicals and other bad things in them. You could try and cut up some veggies and put them in a bag. Peanut butter and an apple. Find what works for you and good luck in your journey.

By this calculation most people would be eating to many calories to lose weight. That much protein is to much except for the hardcore bodybuilders who are traing. It could cause kidney or gout problems having that much protein. 2-3 Grams of carbs works for powerlifters who dont care how much body fat they have. Work with…

I have started to use a personal trainer at the gym. It does help and I do not see how he could do what he does for me online. He corrects my posture, form and also pushes me harder then I do myself and I thought I pushed myself but he pushes me harder. He is also there to spot me so that I dont get hurt.

We have WII active and WII Fit. I like WII active better. When the weather is not as nice I will use it more.

If you have lost inches and stayed the same weight, Then you have gained muscle. Thats a good thing keep it up.

Its good you have lost that much. I think your protein is low and this may lead to losing musle before fat and thats not good as that will decrease your motablism. Keep up the good work.

Cardio is great, Make sure you are getting your heart rate up and sweat. If you are sluggish you may find that doing some weight lifting or strenght exercise will help increase your metabolism. Run push-ups pull-ups sit-ups squats And eat good healthy foods try to eat every 2-3 hours.

On Item 1. I dont think it will help as most things are tracked on the internet by the IP addresses. The Iran goverment will know what IP addresses are inside there country. I do hope it gets better for the people over there.

I've been doing MFP since January and have been staying within my calories and working out 5 - 6 times a week. Thanks for all of your support
